We are currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates to fill a number of vacancies on our board.
Working with your fellow directors and the CEO you will contribute to and oversee the achievement of our strategic objectives, whilst remaining accountable for the organization’s overall performance.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking and experience in your particular field at senior level. You must have a commitment to social justice. Candidates with expertise in the following skills will be highly regarded although these are not essential;
- Human Resources; or
- Monitoring and Evaluation of projects
- Communications and Media experience
You can read more about the role in the position statement. Board appointments are for an initial term of three years. Board Meetings occur approximately every two months and new board members will be expected to join and contribute to Board Committee which meet quarterly.
