Please provide the full name of the other person, company or organisation involved. Sometimes there may be more than one other party. E.g. if you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, we will need the name of the insurer and the other driver. We will not contact the other party before your appointment or without your permission. If you are unsure who the other party is, please contact us on 1300 430 599.

In the future, we may contact your client to provide feedback about your experience with our service. Your response will not affect your access to our services.
